What are the Membership Kit delivery times?
Once we receive your enrollment form we will despatch you your membership kit to you within the next 3 working days (exact delivery times will vary). Lounge access is by membership card only. It is important that you allow sufficient time to receive your membership card prior to your travel departure date.
Can I enter a lounge without my Membership Card?
No. Unfortunately unless you can produce your membership card the lounge staff will not allow you access. Lounges are third party owned and operated and therefore LOUNGE CLUB™ is unable to influence lounge access should you attempt to enter without your membership card. It is important to always carry your membership card with you.
Do you offer joint or Family Membership?
No. Each membership is for a named individual only.
What is the joining age?
Membership is available from 18 years of age, although please note that some lounges limit access to cardholders who are 21 or older. Please check individual lounge details using our "Find a Lounge" search.
What is your policy for taking guests into a lounge?
You can invite friends or guests to join you in a lounge. Most lounges will allow any number of guests but where there are limits, details are shown in the lounge details if you search on this website. When you enter the lounge you will receive a voucher which you must check before signing. This will note if any guests are with you at the time and it is your responsibility to ensure this is correct. If applicable, the lounge visit fee for your visit and for any guests will be charged directly to your designated payment card.
What is your policy for taking children into a lounge?
Many lounges will allow children entry at the prevailing guest visit rate each. However, where there are limits on age of visitors, details are shown via the lounge search functionality on the website.
How can I obtain lounge information?
The lounge listing you receive with your membership kit includes full details of our lounges, but we are always adding new lounges, and some lounge details do change. The simplest way to get up-to-date information is to use the "Find a Lounge" search on this website - this will always have the most current details. You can also download a pdf of our current lounge listing from this website.
Can someone else use my card to gain access?
Your membership card is only valid for the member stated on the card.
Can free visits be transferred to the next membership year?
If your membership plan includes free visits, then these are valid for use only during the current membership year and are not transferable to the following membership year. However, depending on your membership plan, you may be given a fresh free visit allocation for each new membership year.
How do I view my lounge visits?
Log-in to your account where you can view all your lounge visits within My Account. But please note that if you have obtained membership LOUNGE CLUB™ directly from your bank, credit card issuer, or one of our other partners, then we will not hold account details for you, and you will not be able to login on this website. Any questions regarding your account should be directed to your card issuer.
How can I obtain a receipt?
Please contact the LOUNGE CLUB™ Membership Services team for all receipt requests.
How do I obtain my website password?
When you enroll through this website, you create a password to use when logging-in on future visits to this site. If you have forgotten this password, you can retrieve it by using the ‘Forgotten Password’ link at the time of logging in. After answering the security question you also completed at the time of enrollment, this will generate an automatic email to the email address you have registered with us with a reminder of your password. If you have not enrolled on this site and have obtained LOUNGE CLUB™ membership directly from your bank, credit card issuer, or one of our other partners, then we will not hold any account information for you and you will not be able to login on this site.
How do I unsubscribe from a mailing?
Log-in to your account where you can change your mailing settings under the ‘Personal Details’ tab.
What happens if my card has been stolen or lost?
Lost, stolen or damaged membership cards are to be notified immediately to LOUNGE CLUB™ and we will provide a replacement card.
What does Schengen and non-Schengen mean in some lounge descriptions?
The Schengen Agreement is a set of agreements made by European states which consequently has abolished border controls between most EU member countries. At certain airports in signatory countries, there are designated areas for Schengen and non-Schengen flights. In a few cases, where lounges are located within a Schengen area, you will only be able to access the lounge if you are flying to another Schengen country. Equally, non-Schengen lounges can be accessed only if you are flying to a non-Schengen country. Where applicable, the status of a lounge is clearly shown when you look it up on the website. At present, the following countries participate in the scheme. It is worth noting that the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland are not currently signatories: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland.
Are the lounges run by LOUNGE CLUB™?
LOUNGE CLUB™ does not directly run the lounges. These are run by the airport authorities, ground handling agents and the airlines themselves.
What is the lounge dress code?
The lounges impose their own dress code however as a general rule please expect a smart/casual dress code- no hats, football shirts, ripped jeans nor shorts.
Do the lounges provide flight information?
Some lounges do have flight information monitors, however take note that not all lounges offer this facility. As lounges have no contractual obligation to LOUNGE CLUB™ members to announce flights, it is the member's sole responsibility to remain aware of flight time and boarding information.
Can I update my personal details online?
Yes, you can update information such as your address, telephone, fax, email and payment details on the My Account page which you can reach by logging-in to this site. But please note that if you have obtained membership of LOUNGE CLUB™ membership directly from your bank, credit card issuer, or one of our other partners, then we will not hold account details for you, and you will not be able to login on this website. Any questions regarding your account should be directed to your card issuer.
Are my details secure on the website?
We use industry-standard SSL encryption technologies when transferring and receiving confidential information (e.g.: credit card details and personal information). The pages on which this information is exchanged are hosted on a secure and certified server. We also have appropriate security measures in place in our office to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information we have collected from this website.
